Prasanthi Nilayam Campus
 
On 28th November 1978, The Chancellor laid the foundation-stone of the College of Arts, Science and Commerce at Prasanthi Nilayam by placing in the north-east corner nine precious gems (now Prasanthi Nilayam campus of the Deemed University).  The Institute's Administration office is located in Prasanthi Nilayam. The campus is  for men and it offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Professional courses. It also has special research facilities needed for the doctoral candidates in all the disciplines.

The Campus has the following salient features:

A well equipped central library.

A state-of-the-art computer center

Facilitates advanced work in Computer Science and Applications

A special Instrumentation center.

Well equipped labs with fiber-optic equipment, FT-NMR, Scanning Electron Microscope, Optical microscopes of various kinds, Spectroscopic instruments, Nuclear instruments, Microprocessor kits etc are available for research scholars and PG students

A multi-media learning centre

A modern Planetarium.

Anantapur Campus
In June 1966,  when Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba was at Anantapur, he was concerned on the plight of the girls who had to go to distant places for higher education and he resolved that there shall  be a women's college in Anantapur soon.  The Women's College was inaugurated on 22nd July 1968.

The campus is located in a 115 acres area overlooking the LION mountain and has fully fledged facilities of Library, Laboratories, Sports and Games Field and a Hostel.

Brindavan Campus
On 9th June 1969, Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba inaugurated the College of Arts, Science and Commerce at Whitefield. The Campus at Whitefield is known as the Brindavan Campus and is located in Bangalore. The Campus is for men only and it offers Undergraduate courses


Year of establishment: 1969 
History and Profile: The Department of Commerce in the Brindavan Campus began in 1969 as part of the erstwhile Sri Sathya Sai College of Arts, Science and Commerce. With the passage of time, the department has moved from offering a B.Com. course to a B. Com (Hons.) programme(since 1993) with a duration of three years. The programme has kept pace with the rapid changes in the economic environment and offers the students a wide variety of courses with electives in subjects ranging from Cost and Management Accountancy, International Business, Insurance, Advanced Financial Accounting, Investment Analysis in addition to providing sound basic knowledge in all important subjects in the field. The emphasis on value based learning and an integrated approach to developing the personality of students equip them with skills not merely for living but also for life. The exposure to senior managers and leaders from industry as well as the focus on current issues and practical learning equip the students with a sound base for pursuing higher education and building a meaningful and rewarding career.

The vision and focus of the department are captured in the overall objectives of the B. Com (Hons) programme. Objectives of the B. Com. (Hons.) Programme
  1. To impart basic knowledge and skills in all the important subjects in the field of Commerce.
  2. To equip the students thoroughly in the field of accounting, finance and taxation.
  3. To prepare students for advanced studies in Finance and Management and also professional courses in Accounting, Costing, Financial Analysis, Insurance and Corporate Secretaryship.
  4. To foster ethical and moral values and attitudes for their development as effective personnel for business, industry and the financial services sector.
